Output for blog posts

Two formats of blog posts are supported:

Google's blogspot.com: just paste the raw HTML (full support of math and code)
Wordpress: despite limited math, DocOnce manipulates the math such that even equation and align work in Wordpress :-)

For wordpress, add --wordpress:

doconce format html doconcefile --wordpress

and paste the code into the text area.
