- Index: LaTeX, Sphinx
- Hyperlinks: all (but not on paper!)
- Interactive programs: Sphinx, IPython notebook, raw HTML
- Searching in multi-page doc.: Sphinx, MediaWiki, LaTeX PDF
Highly non-trivial to translate from/to LaTeX!
